Ceremony took place at the Ivan Cankar Military Post in Vrhnika marking the handover of duty of Commander, Force Command of the Slovenian Armed Forces (SAF).

The hitherto commander, Major General Alan Geder, handed over duty to Brigadier Branimir Furlan, whereas he himself assumed the duty of Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Slovenian Armed Forces.

The main speech was delivered by the Chief of the General Staff, Major General Alojz Šteiner. The participants were also addressed by the Minister of Defence, Dr Ljubica Jelušič.
